It's been ages since I posted here. I was in hiatus but in this blog only, lol! Anyways, I was busy updating my other blogs but I had neglected this blog of mine. I just hope I will keep updating it in the days to come. It's hard to maintain a lot of blogs. I run out of things to say.
Anyways, here are some pics of mine taken last Sunday after coming home from church. It's only during Sundays that I have the time to take pics because I was dressed up. These pics were taken using the timer of my digicam. Hubby is lazy to take pics. He can't leave his tv show so I have to do what I have to do, lol! I had to do selfie!

At Our Front Yard
Posted by Lisa at 12:22 AMIt was one Sunday afternoon after coming home from church when I felt like taking my own photos before changing into my house clothes. Since hubby was busy, I decided to take my own photos using the timer of my camera. The setting was in our font yard. Our front yard is not that spacious but it has a lot of plants like bonsai, horsetail and a lot more. The photos didn't come as clear as it should be maybe because the camera was against the light. Oh well, we can't have everything the way we want it to be.

Pictorial Time
Posted by Lisa at 9:24 PMWe just came home from the mall when I asked my 3 year old niece Vernice to take my photos. I just wore this dress for the first time and I didn't want to take it off without having a pictorial first. I like the color of the dress and I just thought that it would look colorful in pictures. I even asked my hubby to pose with me while Vernice was still in the mood to take some photos. My photographer is not a professional so bear with her. Some of the pics she took were blurry because she accidentally touched the lens with her dirty hand. I just learned it when I was looking at the pics and I was wondering what happened to my camera. It used to have clear and crisp photos and why suddenly it became blurry. At first I thought it was because of the rays of the sun. Then I finally found what was wrong when I turned on the camera and looked at the lens. I had to clean it with a damp cotton and then I tried to take some photos and it the pics came out clear again. Some of the blurry ones were included here though.
And here is my photographer, my three and a half year old niece Vernice Julia.

Li'l Photographer
Posted by Lisa at 8:25 PMThe following photos were taken by my 3 year old niece, Vernice. I just taught her how to use the camera and take pics 3 days ago and since then she got addicted taking photos. She always request me to take our pics. Hubby said I created a monster, lol! Yesterday when we were in Manaoag and she was taking our pics, people were staring at us and they were all smiling. Perhaps they were fascinated seeing a small girl taking pictures. In fairness, she take good pics better than my hubby, lol!
Meet our cute, li'l 3 year old photographer, Vernice Julia. She has the potential to be a good photographer in the future.

Rice Field
Posted by Lisa at 1:14 AMBy the way, we just bought a land for a church just beside this rice land where we took photos. It's a blessing from the Lord. Now, we're praying that the good Lord will provide the means to construct our church. I believe that with God all things are possible.

Lady In Red
Posted by Lisa at 9:54 AMI love taking pictures but I also love my pictures taken. In fact I got lots of pictures already and a lot more to be printed. Today, after hubby and I got home from church, I asked him to take my pictures before I change my clothes. He obliged and I enjoyed posing in front of the camera. I was having fun while hubby kept on clicking the camera. After the picture taking, I uploaded the photos in my laptop and did a couple of scrap book works. Aside from blogging and photography, making scrap book is also one of my interests. It brings out the creativity in me. Here’s a couple of my works today.

Sunday Church Service
Posted by Lisa at 3:10 PMIt’s a great day today and hubby and I went to church to worship the Lord. We had a good service and our Pastor had preached a very powerful message despite having problem in his voice. It’s about being holy because we have a holy God. Without holiness no one can see the Lord. He also preached about sin, that we should acknowledge our sinfulness and repent and turn away from our sins. I’m always inspired listening to our pastor’s messages.
After the service, hubby and I went to eat lunch at Buffet City. It’s my treat for him again. I didn’t bring my digicam though because we didn’t plan to go in the restaurant in the first place. it’s one of those spur of the moment decisions. Hubby was delighted though that I didn’t have my camera with me. He said we can eat peacefully without being bothered by taking pictures, he-he-he! So we had our good lunch at Buffet City. I ate a lot of their salmon, chicken with broccoli, beef with broccoli, vegetables with shrimps and crab legs imitation. My dessert were fruits like orange, pineapple, peaches and lemon. Hubby ate to his heart’s delight. He loves to eat and the evidence is seen in his belly. When we got home, I got my camera and I asked hubby to take photos of me since I didn’t have any photos in the restaurant. So here they are.

Studio Portrait
Posted by Lisa at 8:20 AM
This photo of my hubby and I was taken in Baguio City, Philippines when we were just newly wed. We went to a portrait studio and had a picture taking. This is one of my favorite photos of ours. Hubby and I loved staying in Baguio when he was there because of the cool climate. We didn’t need AC or electric fan there. Weather is great.
